Consumers tend to throw away\u2014in other words waste\u2014fresh products taken in excess. Yet, if they had chosen frozen products instead, they could simply use the quantity necessary. Plus, you can make real savings by choosing the frozen alternatives. Indeed, fresh fruits can be much more expensive when not in season.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to Enjoy Frozen Fruits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">Craving something sweet? Frozen fruits may be just what you need! You can also include them in your daily recipes. For example, you can thaw your fruits in a bowl in the refrigerator and make a coulis for yogurt the next morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Use them in desserts such as crisps, muffins, or cookies.
