Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Étape 2 In a bowl, mix together the small potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, and 1 chopped garlic clove (5 ml). Spread unto the baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes. Étape 3 Move the small potatoes to the left side of the sheet pan. Place the salmon filets in the center and the broccoli on the right side. Étape 4 Garnish the salmon fillets with the remaining garlic and parsley. Étape 5 Mix the melted butter with the lemon juice and white wine. Drizzle the mix unto the salmon and broccolis. Season the entire sheet pan with salt and pepper. Étape 6 Cook about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque. For grilled salmon, finish cooking with the broiler for 2 minutes. If desired, serve with lemon slices.
