Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Étape 2 Spread the eggplant and zucchini slices on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Start by spreading a third of the sauce in the dish. Add half the cottage cheese on top and cover with half the eggplant and zucchini slices. Étape 7 Cook the lasagna in the oven for 45 minutes and finishing cooking at broil for 2 minutes.
